Measuring Our Pulse
St. Gall has long been recognized as a welcoming and supportive community. We realize, however, there are always ways to improve.
Over four weeks, beginning on the weekend of Jan 10th and 11th, we ask you to provide us with some feedback by completing four short surveys – one survey each week. Each survey should take only a minute or so to complete. We will use these surveys to identify what we’re doing well, how we can get better, and what more we could do to better support you.
Inputting Feedback
To make this as easy as possible, we provide these convenient ways to input your feedback:
- Fill out the surveys inserted in our paper bulletin. On your way out, simply remove the survey from your bulletin, fill it out on the tables provided, and drop it into our survey box.
- Or … Fill out the surveys online on the parish website. Each week we will provide a prominent link to the survey on our website (www.saintgall.org).
Following up
At the end of the four weeks, the Pastoral Council and Fr. Mark will evaluate your input and determine what we do next.
The Purpose of Our Initiative
- Stimulate community fellowship
- Share our ideas and dreams
The purpose of this initiative is to plant dreams, draw forth prophecies and visions, allow hope to flourish, inspire trust, bind up wounds, weave together relationships, awaken a dawn of hope, learn from one another and create a bright resourcefulness that will enlighten minds, warm hearts, give strength to our hands.
