We don't make the Mass; the Mass makes us

When we speak of the Mass, we are speaking about God’s action. The word we use to describe our worship is “Liturgy”. Which comes from two Greek words and would roughly translate as “a work for the people.” At its core, we do not celebrate the Mass for God-God celebrates the Mass for us.  We don’t make THE MASS, THE Mass makes us-that is, the mass makes us the Mystical Body of Christ.

How does God prepare you for the Mass?

Where do you see God working in your life right now?

Recently, God has been working in my life primarily through my many friends in this church community. I am very grateful that I can turn to friends in the community for support, guidance, and prayers.
