ATTENTION!!! ATTENTION!!!
CALLING ALL LADIES OF THE PARISH
The
time is fast approaching for the first meeting of the year of the St. Gall
Women’s Society. I would like to encourage all the ladies of the parish to
come join the group and see what we are all about.
Our
meeting is September 9th
at 6:00 pm in the Pastoral Center. We are starting the year with a Hawaiian
theme and a “Hawaiian Pot Luck” dinner. No diets allowed that night.
The
purpose of the group is to enrich our lives spiritually and socially; to
encourage stewardship; to become more aware of the community in which we
live and worship.
Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm in the
Pastoral Center and a variety of programs, both fun filled and informative,
are presented. The dues are $7.00 for the year. Checks may be mailed to the
church at 1343 Centerville Lane, Gardnerville, NV 89410, in care of the St.
Gall Women’s Society or may be paid at your first meeting.
I am
looking forward to another year as president of this wonderful group of
ladies. Their friendship and support is vital to me and I know I will
continue to grow in many areas. There are many wonderful ladies in the
parish, who have so much to offer. Please join us September 9th or any time
during the year.
