Classes for faith formation began the week of 9/22 and 9/23. We had a wonderful first week of classes. We have 27 returning catechists and volunteers plus 8 brand new catechists and volunteers. We are so thankful for those who are called to this ministry! Praise God! We will be celebrating Catechetical Sunday with the blessing of our volunteers on October 11th at the 10 a.m. Mass.
Otis Spunkmeyer Fundraiser
We just kicked off our Otis Spunkmeyer cookie dough fundraising effort with the help of Philip Ruffo. The proceeds of this fundraiser go toward Youth Ministry and Confirmation Workshops. There are order forms in the gathering space.

Trunk or Treat
Religious Education will also be hosting Trunk or Treat on October 31st. If you are interested in helping by decorating your vehicle and join with us at St. Gall to share Halloween fun with the community, please contact the religious education office.

Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child
We will once again be participating in Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child. Through this activity we pack shoe boxes with items for children around the world at Christmas time to bring the Good News of Jesus to those less fortunate through the love of others. Boxes are packed for boys or girls ages 2-14 with school supplies, toys, toiletry items, etc.

Dress A Girl Around the World

Dress A Girl Around the World is a Christian organization with the goal of restoring dignity and worth to vulnerable girls suffering extreme poverty. Some are abused, some are slaves, or outcasts. The dresses have a label sewn onto the fronts of the dress that shows that a group lovingly cares for this girl and her dignity. It can deter the predators. If you would like to sew with us or donate fabric or sewing items please contact Religious Education.
We have a group of 14 women who are sewing dresses with the Dress A Girl Around the World organization! The dresses that are made go into the girl’s boxes.
