Sacramental Preparation Classes
The Family
Sacramental Preparation Program is designed for families who have children
of catechetical age who have had no previous religious education and have
not received their sacraments of initiation in a timely manner. It is a two
year program that educates and prepares the children/youth for reception of
these sacraments.
The student has the choice of attending
either the Saturday, 4:00 pm English Mass or the Saturday, 6:00 pm Spanish
Mass. Students are dismissed from Mass to their class session after the
Liturgy of the Word. Parents may pick their children up from class after
Mass concludes.
First and
Second Year students can miss no more than three Saturday classes.
Second year students can miss no more than five regular religious education
classes with their age level during the week.
There will be two more MANDATORY parent meetings, please watch for the
dates.
